But you aren't looking for just anyone, you are looking for the right person to be the face your business, or manage your day to day tasks, someone who will pave the way for you, your employees and your customers.
I completely understand that, hence why I am here to say hello to you personally.
My name is Hayley, I am Melbourne born and bred and have a beautiful family of my own. I know the importance of needing downtime, time to spend with your important people, verses the time to build your business.
A little about me...
Honestly, I am OCD. I love to have things looking sharp and finalising everything. I have over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry and I know the ins and outs of running a great practice.. In my years working in the healthcare industry, I have worked chair-side iand reception in varied dental clinics; public, private, big and small. I have created a great name for myself as a practice/clinic manager, with an understanding of people, what it takes to achieve goals and maintain them, whilst building strong foundations on the ground between staff and doctors. I have assisted many clinics achieve accreditation and rebranded businesses too.
My love of helping people, combined with my (self-diagnosed) OCD, I run a tight ship. As you may have noticed, I enjoy communicating in a friendly, professional manner. Each person has a story and I am here to learn it. In order to do that, we need to be on the same level.
My greatest achievements come, when my clients are succeeding.
